Vaughan Roberts studied law at Cambridge University before a brief spell doing student ministry in South Africa. Since 1991 he has been on the staff of St. Ebbe's Church in Oxford, England, where he now Senior Pastor. Vaughan is also a popular speaker at Spring Harvest and a founding member of "9:38" which encourages people to consider full-time gospel ministry. In his spare time he writes books and plays cricket, tennis and golf.
Vaughan Roberts is a council member of Reform, which is a network of churches and individuals within the Church of England, committed to the reform of ourselves, our congregation and our world by the gospel. The Council and Trustees each year sign the Reform Covenant, the Danvers Statement on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy.
